Processing Times:
We process orders within 1–2 business days after receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States via standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts). For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery times will display alongside each method.
International Shipping:
• We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and transit times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays due to customs or import processes.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Currently we ship only to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship there at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@iamfits.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
Returns and Refunds:
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
